Returns & Shipping Policy

Where we deliver and for how much, how to track your parcel, the conditions for a return within three days of delivery, and the two-step refund.

1. Delivery area

We deliver to every governorate in the kingdom; the delivery price and time depend on the zone of the delivery address. The fee and time are shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm.

Some boutiques offer in-store pickup instead of delivery, shown at checkout when every item in your bag is from a single boutique that offers it; it is not available with cash on delivery. A notice with the pickup code arrives once the boutique has your order ready, and you show that code when you collect it.

2. Delivery fees

  • The delivery fee is JOD 2.50 per parcel in Amman and the area around it, and the fee for other governorates depends on their zone and is shown before you confirm; an order with items from more than one boutique ships as one parcel per boutique, each with its own fee.
  • Delivery is free on your first order on the Platform when its products total more than JOD 25.
  • Delivery is always free on any order whose products total more than JOD 50.
  • The delivery fee is shown clearly in the bag and on the checkout page before you confirm, and is added to the product total.
  • There is no fee for in-store pickup.

3. Parcel preparation and tracking

  • Each boutique prepares its products in a separate parcel; an order with products from more than one boutique may arrive in more than one parcel and at different times.
  • You follow each parcel from the order page in your account through its statuses: being prepared, ready for pickup, with the courier, delivered. A notification is sent when the parcel is dispatched, delivered or declined.
  • We do not promise a fixed delivery time; it depends on the boutique's preparation time and the delivery company's schedule.
  • With cash on delivery you pay the courier exactly the amount shown on the order. Refusing a parcel at the door pauses cash on delivery for the account; it comes back once an order paid in advance by card or wallet is delivered, or by a written decision of the Platform team.

4. When you can return

You can request a return of any parcel within three calendar days of its delivery to you. After that period the system no longer accepts a return request.

  • Available reasons: wrong size, damaged item, not as described, changed mind, or another reason you explain.
  • A returned item is accepted when it is in its original condition: unworn and unwashed, with its tags and original packaging.

5. How to request a return

  • From the order page in your account choose the parcel, then “Request a return”, pick the reason and add a description if you wish.
  • One return request is made per parcel and lists every item to be returned; if it is declined you may submit it again with additional information, but once the parcel's refund is complete no further request is accepted for it, and anything after that goes through the support centre.
  • The Platform team reviews the request and replies with approval or a reasoned refusal; you are notified of the decision.
  • Once approved, collection of the item from you is arranged through the delivery company, and you do not pay the return-shipping fee.
  • After the item arrives and is inspected, the refund is recorded and you are notified.

6. Refunds

Refunds happen in two clear steps, each with its own notification, except a refund kept as credit, which comes with a single notification:

  • Step one — recording the refund: after the returned item is received and inspected, the amount owed to you is recorded as a liability of the Platform and the parcel shows the status “refunded”.
  • Step two — executing the refund: for an order paid by bank transfer, the Platform team transfers the amount to the Jordanian bank account you specify and records the transfer reference on your order; for an order paid on delivery, the amount is credited to your account on the Platform as credit, used on your later orders, which does not expire.
  • The refunded amount is everything you paid for the returned parcel: the items' price after any discount code, their tax, the parcel's delivery fee, and its gift-wrap fee if it had one.
  • If the boutique declines your order before shipping or cannot prepare it: with cash on delivery nothing is collected from you in the first place; with bank transfer the amount is refunded through the same two steps.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged item or one different from what you ordered, submit a return request with the matching reason within the same window; attaching photos of the problem in the request description or through the support centre speeds up the review.

8. Help

For any question about a parcel or a return request, contact us through the support centre inside your account, quoting the order number.
